These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by RegalCare LLC ("RegalCare," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website (myregalcare.com), mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
RegalCare provides a premium valet service for residential waste management. Our service includes moving your trash, recycling, and/or compost bins from your property to the curb before your scheduled collection day, and returning them to their designated storage location after pickup. A weekly deodorizer treatment is applied to bins as part of the standard service.
The specific number and types of bins serviced depend on your selected plan configuration. RegalCare does not provide municipal waste collection itself — we facilitate the movement of your bins to and from the curb for your existing city or waste hauler collection schedule.
Our services are currently available in Santa Clarita, California, and surrounding communities. Service availability at your specific address is subject to confirmation during the signup process. We reserve the right to modify our service area at any time. If your address falls outside our current coverage, you may join our waitlist and will be notified when service becomes available in your area.
By subscribing to our Service, you grant RegalCare and its authorized service personnel permission to enter your property as reasonably necessary to access, move, and return your waste bins. Service may occur the evening before or the morning of your scheduled collection day, and bins will be returned after municipal pickup, typically the same day. You are responsible for ensuring that our personnel can safely access your bins, including securing pets and providing any gate codes or access instructions through the app.
Our service team may photograph your bins and the immediate surrounding area before and after each service visit for quality assurance, service verification, and dispute resolution purposes. By using our Service, you consent to this documentation. Photos are stored securely, associated with your account, and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our standard plan starts at $39.99/month for 2 bins, or $400/year (equivalent to 2 free months). Additional bins may be added at $5/month ($50/year) each, up to a maximum of 8 total bins. Community and HOA partnership pricing may differ and will be disclosed during signup. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change with at least 30 days' prior notice.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. RegalCare does not store your credit card information directly. Failed payments may result in service suspension until a valid payment method is provided. You are responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution.
New customers may cancel within the first 30 days of service for a full refund. To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at [email protected].
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods after the 30-day guarantee window. To cancel, contact us via email, phone, or through the in-app messaging system.
You may request a temporary pause of your service by contacting support. Paused accounts retain their plan configuration and can be reactivated at any time. Billing may be adjusted during extended pauses at our discretion.
RegalCare offers a referral program where existing customers can earn account credits by referring new customers.
SMS text messages. SMS notifications from RegalCare are optional and require explicit opt-in via a clearly-labeled, unchecked-by-default checkbox at signup. SMS consent is not a condition of using RegalCare — if you decline, you will still receive equivalent service updates via push notifications and email. If you opt in, you will receive service-related SMS (service started, service complete, technician arrival ETAs, billing alerts). Message frequency varies based on your service schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. See our Privacy Policy Section 5 for full details, including our audit-trail handling of consent timestamps.
Email. By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional emails from RegalCare related to your service, including receipts, account notifications, service confirmations, and billing alerts. These are operational communications necessary to provide the service. You may opt out of non-essential marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in each email.
Push notifications. If you install our mobile app, you may receive push notifications for service updates. You can manage or disable push notifications through your device settings or in the app at any time. Disabling push notifications will not affect the delivery of your service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RegalCare LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and service personnel from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
RegalCare reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We may also suspend or terminate your account if:
RegalCare shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather events, fires, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, government orders, labor disputes, utility failures, or acts of terrorism. In such events, affected services will be resumed as soon as reasonably practicable, and we will communicate any expected delays to affected customers.
All content, branding, logos, software, and materials associated with RegalCare and the Service are the property of RegalCare LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any RegalCare materials without our prior written consent.
We encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] to resolve any disputes informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email, in-app notification, or a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.
