SMS consent is NOT a condition of using RegalCare — customers who decline still receive equivalent service updates via push notifications and email.

Your consent timestamp is recorded server-side in our audit log (sms_consent_given_at) at the moment you check the box. If you did not consent at signup but later want to receive SMS, contact support and we will add you. You may revoke consent at any time as described above.

You can manage or disable push notifications at any time through your device settings or within the app's notification preferences. Disabling push notifications will not affect the delivery of your service.

We use essential cookies required for the website to function (e.g., authentication, session management). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Service documentation photos are retained for up to 90 days after each service visit unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution.
