5. SMS & Text Messages

SMS notifications from RegalCare are OPTIONAL and require explicit opt-in. During signup, you may choose to consent to recurring SMS by checking a clearly-labeled, unchecked-by-default checkbox. SMS consent is NOT a condition of using RegalCare — customers who decline still receive equivalent service updates via push notifications and email.
